first

i would like to set up an alternate folder for page hosting ie c:\www\public

and can someone explain the differants between "user" and "alias"!? in plain lanuage

i am a novice and a tutorial would help please!

second any tut's for the mail software Mercury

also i had i idea for us novices under the security section or somwhere on the xampp page could someone put an additional area

this area would be used to add different "c:\www\public " folders either as a user or alias!
