How to change php to php-cgi?

Hi,

I have installed Xampp and PHP runs fine. But now I need php to run using PHP-Cli or PHP-CGI. I just installed a web software done in php. The software is encoded using ionCube encoder. The encoder can be loaded at run-time (on threaded servers like Win XP) only if fast cgi is used or php should run in cli or cgi mode. How do I configure Xampp to use php-cgi? Thanks in advance.
