Problems downloading XAMPP

I cannot speak German. I do hope that you forgive me.

I have a problem downloading XAMPP. Is there a way that this can be done?

I am a web developer and am trying to find new methoda of creating server/mySQL connections.

Any help or advise would be appreciated.
