Apache Friends Support Forum

Hi guys, does anyone know how to setup tomcat so that i can use it to restart apache, if/when its down? So instead of going to my pc and restart it, i can be anywhere at work using a software like putty or even by accessing it through localhost and just click on the command to restart it. Any help would be welcome.
