Apache Friends Support Forum

I can not get acces via PHP to the server SQL database ( only via cpanel), but my dynamic website call via PHP a database

So i can manual install : WAMP ( windows, apache webserver, my SQl, PHP) and the PHPadmin on the server
A lot of work and via XAMP easier to install the whole?
