I have problem running XAMPP on windows 2003 server ,apache server not running with services control ,XAMPP control panel runs all other modules not apache,non microsoft service error...if there is a solution for that problem great help .thanks

Do you not got any error message try installing apache as a service using the bat file located in the apache folder report your findings,
