problems with Xampp 1.4.5 basic stop

I have just installed xampp 1.4.5 and started using it. I have no problems to start the apache server with xampp but the problem comes when I clic on XAMPP basic stop. It seems that it does not stop the local server and I have to close the ms-dos window "manually" (although it is not recommended).

I think that the problem may be caused by a file that my Panda Titanium antivirus found as hacking software or somethink like that. Since this file was disinfected xampp basic stop does not work.

The files that were found as hacking tool by Panda Titanium were: "Application/KillApp.B" (located in: ...\xampp\apache\bin\kill.exe) and "Application/PrcView.A" (located in: ...\xampp\apache\bin\pv.exe)

I would appreciate if anybody could help me as I am php beginner.
