Apache Friends Support Forum

ok, here is my problem. When I create a user in phpmyadmin, they cannot login nor access databases. This is a problem for me as I am currently running 3 websites which all depend on mysql. I don't want to have to give out the root user info to my 3 clients lol. I want them to have their own seperate logins, obviously. Anyway, any help is appreciated. Also, if there are any other control panels that anyone else has used, I'm open to suggestions.

Oh yeah, before I forget, Mercury starts, then I'll check an hour later, it's stopped. I can send mail out, but I have no idea where to begin to user on my local machine, for instance admin@myip or support@myip (can you use an email address in that format?)
