The apache friends page states that this URL will work and let you change your mysql password and dir permissions. That file does not exist.

Just letting someone know so that line can be removed from the apache friends site.

Try this:
http://localhost/security/ . If this does not work copy in the xampp directory, the security directory into the htdocs directory. But this is not very secure!!! Then you can try this: http://localhost/security/htdocs/
