I have a couple of questions here..
1. How can change the default page, when i type http://localhost, it give me the XAMPP, can I just delete all the files in htdocs?
2. I'm not very familiar with apache specially the httpd.conf, do i need to change somwthing onj their? i already search about that, but all they says is " directives".
3. i want to change the default directoy of phpmyAdmin to like this>>"http://localhost/phpmyadmin", also what are the configuration I need in phpmyadmin (e.g. cookie, http, config.)

thanks :?

1) yes. you can delete all files. (be carefull with the xampp subfolder)

2) no. there is no need to change something.

3) ? phpMyAdmin has allready this URI. There is no need to configure something. It's working out of the box. BTW: your logon type you can change in the XAMPP menu within the "Security Check" ("http://localhost/xampp/")
