uninstall and delete...

i want t uninstall xampp and delete the file but i dont no how to uninstall it and it wont let me delete the files... could someone help please...

You can not delete files that are in use. So, stop XAMPP (Apache/MySQL/FileZille/Mercury) completely and uninstall the services (if you installed them) before you delete the files.
