Hello,

I just installed Apache but knowone from another computer can access my hosted stuff, except for my computer and the computers i have connected to it (or LAN). Can someone help me. I understand the person who isnt connected to the LAN must use my IP ADDress but that doesnt seem to do anything, and I know I must edit the httpd.conf but I dont know what to edit. Please help me.

There is nothing to edit in the "httpd.conf".

You have a personal firewall on your pc running (e.g. that one from XP). Or windows internet sharing?

I have disabled both Noroton Firewall and Windows Firewall and I connect directly to the net from a modem. What has Internet Sharing got to do with this, thats only used to share the internet connection I have with other users on the network.
