Error on Apache start on win 98

HI! on my old notebook(win 98 ) i have installed XAMPP 1.4.12, the installation proces is good, and when i start MySql there's no problem but when try to strat Apache the program say:

I have resolved the problem!!!!.....I've installed the latest version of Xampp and all it has gone good!!!
