can't import sql db

I have created a site based upon xoops in xampp 1.4.9. The site was working fine so I exported the DB using phpmyadmin and tried to import it to my webhost. The import failed.

I created a new blank DB in Xampp and tried to import the DB, it also failed.

I am being told by phpmyadmin #1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'PK' at line 1

Okay, it shows an error near at 'PK' .

Try at phpmyadmin SQL windows(open sql file, copy contents and paste it on SQL windows).
