Directory and image problem

Hi!

I've changed my document root to c:/inetpub/wwwroot from c:/apachefriends/xampp/htdocs, but now my images wont work.
I have a .htaccess file that redirects the visitor to the correct folder depending on the url he/she has typed in.
But the server searches for a duplicate folder, like viking/viking/ instead of just viking/.

Also, it doesn't show any images on the website, when i click on them for fullsize view i get this kind of error:

The requested URL /vikinglan/vikinglan/forum/templates/aqua/images/loingl.gif/templates/aqua/images/loingl.gif was not found on this server.

As you can see it also tries to access the image duplicated.
Like this: /viking/viking/image.jpg/image.jpg


I hope you have an answer to this problem because I can't find out why the server does like this.

I think that you need to edit the link source of the file.
