Problem with codepage 1250

I have installed at local newest XAMP, but on my website have hosting with older version of MySQL and phpMyAdmn, where I can modify login informations, codepages atc.. But I use database in CP125, and after export via sql and import to my local database, I have problem with correct view characters in this codepage... In control panel phpMyAdmin at new XAMP at local is not possible select codepage 1250, only UTF. How can I repair this? Thanks
