Apache Friends Support Forum

I have previously had problems with getting XAMPP to work. It's time for me to eat a very large helping of "Humble Pie" The problems I had were entirely of my making and if I had CAREFULLY read and understood the install instructions in the first place I would have saved myself and all those who helped me on this Forum a lot of time and grief! I'm now finding the setup an absolute godsend as I am trying to teach mysely PHP programming and MySQL management. Xampp has saved me an awful lot of time already. I have just downloaded the latest version of XAMPP with the Control Panel. Brilliant, just what I needed.
