After installing XAMPP, i erased the files in the htdocs. Now, when i go to my localhost i get this 404 error:

"The requested URL /xampp/splash.php was not found on this server."

I just wanted to see a list of my files in the htdocs dir, as usually happens with Apache

Any ideias?

If you want to see all your files in "htdocs", you need to delete the file classed index.php in it. Then you might see all your files.

"The requested URL /xampp/splash.php was not found on this server."

Clear your browser cache.
