This is a very important sentence. If it workedvery well for month and changed then, there mus be a change in either your hardware or os/software.
We can't know what changed, we don't know your application or your system. How should we solve that problem?
If phpmyadmin is working and the XAMPP test applications (CD Collection, etc) are working fine, this is very common no XAMPP problem but a matter of incompatibility of any Security Software / Firewall / other Software with the XAMPP Package.
