Tell me what happens and read the error.log file again immediately after trying the above addresses.

I told you I know nothing about Android or where you would add the proxy server address, that's up to you to fathom out so read the Android documentation. :)
Good luck.

maybe i understand the problem

xampp with window 7 go without problem???
because evry time i open xampp there is
Xampp Component Statu check failure [-2]
Current directory: c:\xampp
run this program only from your xampp root directory
If a try to stop apache or mysql there is in the xampp control panel busy error: -1
now
This problem is for window 7?

You can eliminate these errors by downloading the Control Panel Version 3 from the link in my signature.
Read about it here:
viewtopic.php?f=16&t=46743

After downloading extract the xampp_control3.exe file into C:\xampp folder.

Then close the other control panel by pressing the Exit button.

Next double click on the xampp_control3.exe file and you should see a much better control panel to work with and which will give better entries in the log window.

Let me know how you get on please.

Click the Stop button of Apache and MySQL - the green bits should disappear.

Click on the tick next to Apache and when it ask the question answer yes.

Do the same with the tick next to MySQL

Both Ticks should now be grayed out.

Now click on Exit when Apache and MySQL are stopped and there are no green ticks on the services boxes to close the CP3.

Now do a reboot and then open CP3 and see if the messages in red have gone.

Don't do anything if the red messages are there and MySQL and Apache look the same as it did before you did the above.

If there are no red messages and no green ticks and Apache and MySQL are stopped then click on the Start buttons of Apache and MySQL which should show up green again.

Do not click on the services ticks.

Try and access using Android again.

Good luck :)
