iam not professionla on this but i think that apache is leastin to another ip not same as MySQL
so give me away to change the apaceh Ip so we can try or to change MySQL Ip

That's not the command I have written...

But ok, with this output it's still clear that a firewall is blocking the connections. Now it's up to you to configure this firewall in a correct way.
