Access forbidden!

Is that the full error.message?

Try this:
Open in your text editor xampp\apache\conf\extra\httpd-xampp.conf and look for 2 places that has Allow from localhost and change them to Allow from 127.0.0.1

Then save the file and restart Apache then try the security page again.

Argh it works now and the phpmyAdmin!
