I can't access the homepage from outside, please help

I used XAMPP to configure my WordPress homepage. I opened all ports 80 and 443 to allow external access. I also set up HTTPD, VHOST, and DNS.
For about 2 months, my website was accessible from the outside without any problems.
But since 3 days ago, I can't access it from outside (user, other PC).
I've checked all the configurations one by one and it's working fine inside the server, but it's still not working from outside (users, other PCs). I'd like to know why this is happening.

Maybe a firewall? Your router changed?
Or your provider blocking access?.IP Range changed? Some providers use local IP Range like 10.*.*.* or 192.168.*.*, which cannot be addressed from outside.

You have to find out what has changed, we dont know nothing.
