hi, I use xampp for my web apps and I would like to block access to localhost at inmate IP... can you help me? Thank you

Its an extremely short description (and what is an "inmate IP"?), but maybe your are looking for "Require ip 127.0.0.1". If not, please explain more precisely what you are looking for.
