we use Asia/Tehran timezone and that's changed. this change applied on ICU 72 and I need to update.
so please tell me are we have way for update ICU?
can you use ICU72 on next realese?

You can try to build your own release. Dont use Xampp on Public Server. Or you have to wait until Xampp upgrades to ICU 72. There is no upgrade plan.
