Your question does not quite make sense. I routinely use XAMPP for my development WordPress environment. If WordPress is not recognizing your database you should verify that MySQL (MariaDB) is running, your WP site's database configuration, and on the phpMyAdmin side check that the credentials used in the WordPress configuration are correct, and they have proper access to your database.
Even if WordPress support is not provided by the XAMPP forums, you might consider in the future creating a new topic, or at least adding to a topic that is more likely to generate a response. I don't understand Spanish, and almost did not even read this old topic.
