hello! I try to enable MYSQL for XAMPP Control Panel v3.3.0 and I get the following error log

As your post title suggests, you need to figure out what application is using port 3306 already. I suspect you will see "Unable to open process..." when you are not running the Control Panel as an administrator. Try running Control Panel as an administrator, and see if the process name is then listed.
