Must repair mysql DB tables every time starting service

Hi There!
I've a very wierd issue after installing new OS and new xampp, I've done all transfering steps and I can access my old DBs perfectly, But my issue is that after starting mysql service, If I try to access any database rather than the [mysql DB] the mysql service stopped with message [Error: MySQL shutdown unexpectedly.], But when I start the service and open [mysql DB] and select all its tables and Repair Tables, The service continue working and I can access all other DBs without service stopping.

Now I've to do this step by repairing mysql DB tables every time I start mysql service for the first time.

I tried to [Empty Session Data] but still have this issue
