I'm struggling to configure jdk, jre and tomcat on window8.1 with xampp. Please what do i do to get it configure correctly?

Window8.1 32bits, Code:Block/mingw, web, server, network and latest wine.

Xampp does not deliver a 32bit version. You have to go for an outdated installation instead.
Last not least, what is your problem? Install Xampp (an old 32bit version, i dont know which one was latest), install jdk and jre. What else?
