Files Lost after instalation Xampp

Well, I installed a new HD in my machine and kept the old HD as a slave. There I had xampp installed and my projects in the htdocs folder. When installing the new HD and consequently the xampp, the xampp files from the old HD simply disappeared. How can I solve this problem. All my projects were there and I don't have a backup.

XAMPP itself do not touch any existing other XAMPP installations.
