[FIXED] XAMPP incomplete installation / phpmyadmin errors

Good day everyone! I just wanna help for those having issues with XAMPP installation out of the box. Found it that the memory affects the installation.

1. Remove Google Chrome running in background - this will clear some memories during the installation.
2. Close all application before running XAMPP.

I found this out by having my work laptop run XAMPP for the first time with no errors specially the Aria Engine Error and phpMyAdmin privileges errors.

Before it has no privileges, as of now it has a privileges for pma.

The installation is now fixed, I tried to install it for 5x until found out what is wrong. I almost move to WAMP today, hopefully found out the issue on XAMPP Installation (don't install XAMPP in Program Files).
