too many time i'm facing this issues on my system so i need solutions

Hi, I suggest that you search the forums to determine the best solution for the particular reason why MySQL shutdown unexpectedly. You should be able to find a solution that will preserve your data. These will involve using the command line interface to mysql. Better still, use a backup of your data, if that is available, use that.

Once you have MySQL functioning, if you are not already doing so, configure XAMPP to at least run MySQL as a Windows Service. I did this months ago, and have not had database issues since then.
