No portable 8.1.10 versions for Windows?

Hello,

I've been using portable XAMPP versions for quite a while and I noticed there's only one installer file at the sourceforge folder for 8.0.23, 8.1.10 and and they don't contain .7z files for installer and portable versions anymore.

I wonder why's the change?
