XAMPP + Thunderbird + Gmail OAuth2 - ERROR

When we try to create one Gmail account inside Thunderbird with Apache started too via XAMPP, we can enter our mail and password with no errors, accept the terms and allow Thunderbird via OAuth2, but the return of Thunderbird throwed error and don't work. But, when we use XAMPP config and stop Apache, after return to Thunderbird and do the process again, all works fine.
