errors in log file

hi i have the following error messages in the log file

[ERROR] InnoDB: Page [page id: space=0, page number=431] log sequence number 1696006524 is in the future! Current system log sequence number 1695719441.
2022-08-14 17:00:06 0 [ERROR] InnoDB: Your database may be corrupt or you may have copied the InnoDB tablespace but not the InnoDB log files.

how do i fix a corrupt database
why would it be corrupt??

any idea how to fix this
