Apache and MySQL

I am having trouble getting apache and MySQL to work.

Firstly, I downloaded XAMPP. However, apache and MYSQL would shutdown unexpectedly shortly after starting them. To hopefully fix this, I uninstalled and reinstalled the program but the problem still persisted.

Since my computer is 32 bit, I went through XAMPP's older versions and downloaded a 32 bit version from 2019 (v3.2.2). This seemed to fix apache but MySQL still shut down unexpectedly shortly after starting. I have also changed the ports from 80 to 8080 and 443 to 4443 but this didn't work either.

Below is the error message from attempting to start apache (successful) and MySQL (unsuccessful) on v3.2.2. The error message was similar whether I tried to start apache/MySQL in the newer version or the 32 bit v3.2.2 version.
