I've never done any of this before. I've spent the better part of 2 hours trying to understand some of the answers to similar issues, but nothing has seemed to work for me. I'm thinking that I may have a blocked port, but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to check for that, and I know I don't have IIS so it's got to be something else blocking the port.
The error logs don't exist apparently? And I've looked at the Windows event viewer, but I honestly have no idea how to navigate that application and I don't even really know what I'm looking for, so I'm feeling very stuck and very frustrated. I don't know where to go from here. Please help?
