Showing apache two ports

Hello!
I have a problem, I need ports 443, 80 to be free. I have configured XAMPP to have apache ports on 8081 and 8090, but when I open Resource Monitor its showing that httpd.exe running on 443, 80, and 8090, 8081. Any solutions?

Then you have done something wrong in changing the ports of the old ones are still been used.
