Good Day,

I don`t know why I always access my localhost into https: after the installation I only wan`t to access it on http because I am having trouble to access mobile API. Anyone can help me with this? because my old version it doesn`t automatically access the site into https: I am using Xampp 7.3.28 it will force you to use https:

Xampp does not force to https. That must be something different, you must have installed any script or so which does that.

Maybe it is your browser that forces or priotises https if you do not specify the protocol explicitly?

You could make Apache not listen on port 443, which is the default.
