install SSL cert to Vhost XAMPP

Please help to install SSL
Prefer Letś Encrypt for free. ZeroSSL didńt renew my existing cert (offer paid plan)
I did Cerbot, got two pem files.
Replacing these, the Apache not starting. Also tried change pem to crt, the saim.
Feels like Apache need bundle.crt too.
