application error on shutdown

hi
when i shut down my computer i get the following error message

xampp is preventing shutdown
the instruction at 0x000000000065B292 referenced memory at 0x000000000000042
the memory could not read
click ok to terminate the program

and then i get another error that says
application error ( not responding )
exception EAaccess violation in module xampp-control.exe at 0025B292
access violation at address 0065b292 in module
xampp-control.exe . read of address 000000042


what does this meeeaaan

this only happens if you start the control panel without enhanced administrator rights.
Reason for this is a workaround to prevent a vulnerability. the xampp-control.ini (xampp control panel configuration file) is not writeable for normal users and therefor not for the control panel itself started with normal user rights.
