Can't open localhost/phpmyadmin

I have some trouble with my php Database.
I installed all the necessary programs and I changed the apacha.conf document. (include .....). When I try to open it I only see a empty screen with no Error message.
This is in the Error Log

Have someone an idea how to fix this problem.
