i was install xampp and change port. i was run apache and mysql. and i was login to phpmyadmin. all things successful.
when i was restart window, i can run apache and mysql but when i will run phpmyadmin i get an error. this...

This site can’t be reached

localhost refused to connect.
Search Google for localhost phpmyadmin
ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

Please help me.....
