And again it's time for a new XAMPP release. This release contains up-to-date versions of Apache, MySQL, ProFTPD and phpMyAdmin.

It also contains many new features for PHP: Turck MMCache accelerator, SQLite, mcrypt, mhash, sockets and multibyte (mbstring) suppor for Japanese, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, Korean and Russian.
