My really old account/email

I must have had a question/problem years ago because there seems to be an old account here tied to an email (same domain as this account) that I have had for over 25yrs. Of course I have no idea what the username is for the old account so I can't say "forgot my password."

Is there some way to clean this up? You don't need an old inactive account, and I don't need two accounts tied to my domain. really would prefer the old email to the one on this account. Thanks
