I forgot password account and try reset but not got email.

Dear Admin,

My account is: marshallfey . I use Yahoo email. When i forgot password my account, i try reset password on our forum and not got any email from our forum. I try register new account and try reset password this new account ( use Gmail email ) is ok and have password. Please help me reset password account: marshallfey . I try use another email send to my email Yahoo is ok but i dont know why i not got email from our forum. Again please help me reset password, or send an email password to my email Yahoo, thank you very much.
