xampp accessible from outside?

Hi,
I just installed xampp, and i would like to make accessible from another network (any pc).

It works fine outside. I have even changed the port (i cant use 80 or 443 because those ports are forwarded already for xbox live and playstation network on my LAN) so i changed everything to 8080, and like i said it works fine on my LAN.

For the wan, i use NO-IP, since i have dynamic.

But when i go to my no-ip address:8080, it cant connect. On port 80 i get my router webpage..

How can i fix this?
