Multi-lingual forum???

Hi,
I was hoping to get some answers on Apache on this forum but this is asking a bit much on a forum that asks questions in English and recieves a German reply and vice-versa...I've never seen a forum in such a mess, this will probably be the one and only reply I will make on this ??forum??
