Ich habe das gleiche Problem, der Port war durch Skype besetzt. Ich habe Skype deinstalliert und noch immer sitzt ein Rest von Skype auf diesem Port. Was kann ich tun, um ihn frei zu bekommen oder einen anderen Port zu nutzen?

Skype lauscht in der Standardkonfiguration auch auf Port 80 und wenn das vor Apache gestartet wird, kann Apache nicht mehr darauf lauschen und startet nicht. Skype kann man aber konfigurieren, nicht den Port 80 zu benutzen.

Found the bugger!!!

I read a lot of places that Skype and IIS were using the ports, it turns out SQL Server Reporting Services also uses port 80.

I stopped the service and it ran a charm.
