How do I install XAMPP with the new phpMyadmin version 3.4.8, or install phpMyadmin version 3.4.8 after XAMPP is installed?
Thanks

Abera, would you be so kind as to add your XAMPP version and Operating System to your profile:

You Bet. Going there now. It was easy to copy the new version to the phpMyAdmin directory. I deleted all, but the config.inc and replaced with the files out out the new downloaded phpMyAdmin-3.4.8. Came right up with the new version.

Thanks for the feedback and yes that would have been my suggestion also and for future reference instead of overwriting an existing folder make a backup Copy of the file or folder then you can always fall back if things go pear shaped.

Good luck and best wishes. :)

I did. Made a new directory in the directory and called it HOLD just in case.
Thanks
